Glen Campbell - Glen Campbell Scraps Concert After Tour Bus Breakdown

Retiring country veteran Glen Campbell was forced to axe a recent concert in Virginia after his tour bus broke down in Ohio.
The Wichita Lineman singer, who is on a farewell tour after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, was set to perform a sold-out show at The Birchmere Music Hall on Tuesday (17Apr12), but the gig had to be scrapped at the last minute due to "transportation issues".
A second date at the same venue went ahead as planned on Wednesday (18Apr12).
Meanwhile, Campbell and his wife were honoured at actress Jane Seymour's 2nd Annual Open Hearts Gala on Saturday (21Apr12) for raising awareness about the disease. 21 Jump Street star Holly Robinson-Peete and her husband were also recognised at the Los Angeles event for their autism charity work.
