Giuliana Rancic wants to have another baby.

The 'E! News' anchor - who underwent a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 and is currently unable to safely carry her own child - has revealed she hopes to have another child with her entrepreneur husband Bill via a gestational surrogate soon, just seven months after welcoming their first child Duke.

The 38-year-old TV presenter told the Chicago Sun-Times' SPLASH magazine: ''We'd only be so lucky.''

Giuliana also opened up about how she and her husband have tried ''to make each other's lives easier'' since their son's arrival.

She said: ''Bill doesn't even drink coffee, but every day he insists on making my coffee. And you know why? Because his dad made his mom coffee every day, and he thought that was so romantic.''

The couple are set to team up to co-host the new NBC dating show 'Ready For Love' next month, which will see them help three bachelors searching for love and Giuliana revealed that it has brought back memories of how she got together with Bill.

She said: ''It was love at first sight. I knew there was something about him the second I laid eyes on him.''
