Gina Gershon is embroiled in a bitter lawsuit with her former talent agents over allegations she failed to pay them commission for landing her a job on Broadway.
The Showgirls star is currently appearing opposite former E.R. actor John Stamos in the revival of Bye Bye Birdie, which officially opens next month (Oct09), and bosses at Fortitude talent agency claim they helped her land the stageshow.
They allege the actress has refused to pay them the 10 per cent commission they're due.
In legal papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday (22Sep09), and obtained by TMZ.com, the agents claim the star "chooses to forget about those people who help her in her career".
Her former representatives allege Gershon has made "several hundred thousand dollars" from the New York stage play but has yet to pay them their share of her earnings.
They are suing for compensation.
Gershon has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
