Geri Halliwell knows how important it is for bikinis to work for all body types.

The 38-year-old beauty - who is known for her changing body shape - admits her experience with dieting and the female form helped her create her bikini range for UK high street brand Next.

She said: "I've been all sorts of shapes and sizes to I know the importance of flattering shapes and styles.

"There are a lot of big-busted women who want to look sexy, not frumpy, so I looked at the structure of cups that could lift boobs but still feel comfortable.

"For a great bust line, the contour at the top edge of a bikini has to be just right. And for those who need a little help, I've also designed some bikini tops with padding."

For a woman to feel her sexiest, Geri believes leopard print is great for a "wow" factor.

She told Now magazine: "The leopard print bikini has real wow factor. You can wear it on the beach then sex it up with some accessories to head to the beach bar."

Geri recently revealed she has always designed her own clothes, even creating her own outfit when she first appeared on television with her Spice Girls bandmates Victoria Beckham, Melanie C, Emma Bunton and Melanie B.

She said: "The first time I was on TV I wore something on 'GMTV' that I'd made myself. The seams were coming undone, but I did design it! I've always designed my own clothes from a very young age. It was a very natural thing for me."
