The 28 year old reality TV star was barred from entering New Zealand on a promotional tour on Tuesday.
‘Geordie Shore’ star Gary ‘Gaz’ Beadle has been barred from entering New Zealand by border security while on a global promotional tour, it has been reported.
The 28 year old reality TV star landed in Queenstown on Tuesday evening (August 9th) was scheduled to appear with his co-star Marty McKenna on The Edge’s ‘One Night Stand Party’ on Thursday evening in Auckland, but failed to appear after immigration officials turned him away, the Daily Star claimed.

“There are certain conditions that all temporary visitors to New Zealand must meet in order to be eligible for entry,” Immigration New Zealand (INZ) officials later told the publication. “The onus is on the visitor to satisfy INZ that they meet all of the entry requirements at the time they travel to New Zealand.”
“Mr Beadle did not meet these requirements. He was put on a flight back to Australia [on Wednesday] afternoon after being released on conditions which allowed him to spend [Tuesday] night at his pre-arranged accommodation.”
Beadle himself tweeted a photo of some snow-capped mountains that seemed to show him leaving the country, but neither he nor his representatives have commented officially on these reports.
Despite the reality star’s no-show, organisers The Edge said the event would be going on without him.
“Unfortunately after all our best efforts Gaz will not be making it to The Edge’s One Night Stand party in Auckland tonight. He has not been allowed entry into New Zealand,” they said in a statement.
“However, the party will still be going ahead tonight in Auckland with Geordie Star Marty McKenna, performances by Savage and Kings, emergency DJ Clint and the rest of The Edge crew!”
