Gene Simmons Ends Reality Show Run
Kiss rocker Gene Simmons has brought his reality TV show to an end so he can concentrate on his work with the band.
The musician gave fans a glimpse into his personal life in Gene Simmons Family Jewels, which premiered in 2006 and featured the star at home with his wife, Shannon Tweed, and their children.
The show has run for six years, but the star has now revealed the seventh season, which finished its U.S. run last month (Jul12), will be the last.
He says in a statement, "With Kiss on tour and with my other business commitments, we have decided to draw the final curtain on our show Gene Simmons Family Jewels. It has been a wonderful life-altering experience for our family and after seven successful seasons, we feel it's time to move on."
