Gary Dourdan Ordered To Stop Texting His Ex Again
A judge has ordered actor Gary Dourdan to stop texting his ex-girlfriend as the messages constitute a breach of a restraining order.
The former Csi: Crime Scene Investigation star has been ordered to cut contact with his former partner Nicole Vail Cannizzaro after he was arrested on suspicion of felony battery in November (11).
In December (11), Dourdan was warned he faced jail if he continued to send texts to Cannizzaro and he has now been chastised by a judge once again after allegedly sending her a message on Christmas Eve (24Dec11), according to Tmz.com.
During the hearing, the judge let Dourdan off with a warning but insisted he would be remanded in custody if he attempts to contact her again.
The actor, who has denied the charge, is due back in court on 15 February (12).
