Csi - Gary Dourdan Accepts Plea Deal
30 November 2012Embattled former Csi: Crime Scene Investigation regular Gary Dourdan has avoided jail after allegedly breaking his ex-girlfriend's nose in a fight last year (11).
The actor was arrested in November, 2011, following the altercation at his home in Venice, California.
Dourdan has marked the anniversary of the fight by striking a deal with prosecutors.
He has been placed on five years formal probation and must complete a full year of domestic violence counselling and undergo drug counselling to deal with his ongoing narcotics problems.
The actor has also been ordered to stay away from the victim for five years, according to Tmz.com.
