Gary Busey - Gary Busey's Son Is Hospitalized With 'Childhood Illness'

A representative for the 'Lethal Weapon' star confirmed that Luke was hospitalized earlier this week, saying, "Luke Busey, one year-old son of Steffanie Sampson and Gary Busey is being treated for a childhood illness at Cedars Sinai and is expected to be going home by the end of the week". The statement also noted that Busey is grateful to his fans for "their love and support". Luke is the actor's only child with his fiance Steffanie Sampson, but he also has a 39-year-old son with his ex-wife Judy Helkenberg as well as a daughter from a prior relationship.

Gary Busey became the latest star to get the boardroom axe on Donald Trump's 'Celebrity Apprentice' on Sunday night (17th April 2011). Upon leaving the show, the 66-year-old said, "I have great respect for Mr. Trump and I accept his choice with grace, kindness and understanding, and I departed in a very happy mood. The fact is my teammates did not like me".
