Gary Barlow To Travel The Commonwealth For Jubilee Song
The Take That singer is teaming up with theatre mogul Andrew Lloyd Webber to put together a track in honour of the U.K. monarch's 60 years on the throne, which will be celebrated with a number of events this summer (12).
Barlow, who is also helping to organise a special Diamond Jubilee concert in London, will travel to a number of Commonwealth countries next month (Mar12), and his adventures will be filmed for a Bbc documentary.
He says in a statement, "This is probably the biggest challenge I've ever taken on musically, I'm so excited and thrilled to be a part of it."
The song will be performed at the star-studded concert, which features Sir Paul MCCartney and Sir Elton John, outside London's Buckingham Palace on 4 June (12).
