Garth Brooks Sells Oklahoma Land

Undeveloped land country star Garth Brooks bought 20 years ago has netted the singer $2.7 million (£1.7 million).

The Dance hitmaker retained the 142 acres in Oklahoma in his divorce from his first wife Sandy and now he has sold the spread to a residential developer.

Brooks' land near Edmond will be the location of a new community named Rush Brook.
