Gallagher Out Of Coma

Comic Gallagher is on the mend after medics placed him in a medically induced coma last week (ends16Mar12).
The stand-up star, 65, suffered a heart attack just before a show in Texas on Wednesday night (14Mar12) and was taken to a local hospital.
Doctors placed him in a coma to speed his recovery and he is now up and about and telling jokes, according to his manager.
