Gaga Determined To Beat Beyonce At Vmas
Lady GaGa is "delighted" to be battling it out with Beyonce at this year's (09) MTV Video Music Awards - and is determined to snatch the top prizes from the Crazy In Love hitmaker.
The pop stars landed a massive nine nominations each and will both compete for Video of The Year and Best Female Video prizes at the 13 September (09) event in New York.
The Just Dance singer admits she is thrilled with the honour, and is adamant she won't go home empty-handed.
She says, "So excited! I can't believe it. I'm delighted to be in Beyonce's company, and I can't wait to go to the awards show and hopefully kick some a**."
Lady GaGa and Beyonce are up against Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson, Pink and Taylor Swift in the Best Female Video category and will go head-to-head with Eminem, Britney Spears and Kanye West for the Video Of The Year award.
