Halle Berry - Gabriel Aubry Won't Face Charges Over Thanksgiving Brawl
13 December 2012Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry will not face charges over his Thanksgiving Day (22Nov12) brawl at the actress' Hollywood home.
The former model and Berry's current fiance Olivier Martinez fought over a long-standing custody war over the ex-couple's daughter Nahla, and both men were hospitalised with injuries.
As a result, the Oscar winner was granted a temporary restraining order against Aubry, who also won a similar ruling against Martinez, but at the end of November (12) they avoided a trial by coming to an "amicable agreement".
On Wednesday (12Dec12), the Canadian learned he will not be hit with criminal charges for his holiday bust-up, however he must still sit down for an informal meeting with the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office to discuss the incident.
A date for the hearing has not yet been set, according to Tmz.com.
