Andy Dick - Funnyman Andy Dick Accused Of Lashing Out At Tourist

Troubled comedian Andy Dick is facing a Los Angeles police investigation amid allegations of an altercation with a Hollywood tourist.
A male holidaymaker recently filed a battery report with cops, accusing DICk of lashing out at him when he tried to take a photo of the funnyman.
DICk reportedly flew into a fury and a scuffle ensued as he attempted to grab the camera out of the tourist's hands, according to Tmz.com.
The actor allegedly fled the scene after failing to secure the camera, but police are seeking to discuss the incident with DICk and are reportedly looking into Cctv footage in the area which they believe could have captured the altercation on film.
It's the latest legal problem for DICk - the star, who has battled drug and alcohol issues in recent years, was ejected from an adult entertainment awards ceremony in Las Vegas last year (Jan11) after allegedly pestering a porn star, and in May (11) he was arrested by police in California amid allegations he was drunk and disorderly in public.
He recently revealed he's in therapy in a bid to get back on his feet following a series of potentially career-ending legal woes and personal problems. Now 100 per cent sober, he appeared on TV in America last month (Dec11) and revealed he had taken a drug test to prove to the media and his fans that he's clean.
