The Gucci creative director has been at the label since 2005 and she says it's important for females to feel confident and sexy in her outfits.
She said: ''I'm a woman designing for women, so there's sensuality. These clothes are softer, more intimate.''
Frida - whose designs are worn by the likes of Naomi Watts, Emma Stone and Blake Lively - also says it's not a good idea to wear head-to-toe designer as women need to mix it up.
She said: ''Choose one sexy piece - strike a balance between all the elements of the look. Never wear designer head to toe; mix in vintage pieces to bring attitude and surprise.''
One person she loves dressing is Florence Welch as the singer knows her sense of style and is aware of what looks good on her and what doesn't.
She said: ''She has a strong style. I loved dressing her for last year's concert tour.''
