Freddie Mercury Becomes An Angry Bird In Youtube.com Skit
The brains behind the Angry Birds video game phenomenon have turned late Queen frontman Freddie Mercury into a feathered king as part of a charity awareness campaign.
Game makers at Rovio posted the short clip of their Freddie Mercury Angry Bird, wearing a crown and being cycled around by feathered fans on YouTube.com on Monday (03Sep12), ahead of the singer's birthday on 5 September (12).
Queen's Bicycle Race is played during the animated skit, which was created to highlight the third annual fundraiser Freddie for a Day, which benefits the Mercury Phoenix Trust's work towards Aids research.
