Rocker David Silveria has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence following his arrest in Huntington Beach, California, last March (12).
The former Korn drummer was detained by police officers after he accidentally rear-ended another car and allegedly fled the scene, but he denied being drunk and put the crash down to the effects of a sleeping pill he had taken the night before.
However, earlier this week (ends10Feb13), Silveria struck a deal and agreed to plead guilty, while prosecutors dropped the hit-and-run charge in exchange.
According to Tmz.com, the rocker has been sentenced to three years of informal probation, while he must also attend a three-month first offender program and a victim impact panel.
