American football star Shaun Rogers has called in police after a woman he took to his hotel room allegedly stole $500,000 (£312,500) of jewellery while he was sleeping.
Rogers, who plays for the New York Giants, enjoyed an evening out in Miami, Florida on Monday (25Mar13) and took a female companion home with him from the nightclub.
The sportsman woke up the following morning to discover the woman had vanished and all his expensive jewellery had been taken from the safe in his room at the Fontainebleau Hotel, according to the New York Daily News.
Rogers called in cops to investigate the alleged theft and reportedly listed among the missing items diamond earrings worth $100,000 (£62,500), a gold necklace worth $50,000 (£31,250), as well as two wristwatches, bracelets and a diamond necklace.
The album is the first in history to chart without selling a single copy.
The musician passed away while performing with his band OHM in LA.
Earlier this month a twitter campaign asking Disney to make Elsa their first LGBT princess in the ‘Frozen’ sequel went viral.
