'Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up)' hitmakers Florence And The Machine have revealed they plan to return to the recording studio in the New Year to work on the follow-up to their debut album 'Lungs'.
Florence And The Machine will record a new album in January.
The British band - fronted by flame-haired singer Florence Welch - plan to return to the recording studios in the New Year to work on the follow-up to their highly-regarded debut album 'Lungs'.
Florence said: "We're recording the second album in January. Got the plan, I just want to start recording as soon as possible."
Despite her quick rise to fame, the 23-year-old singer claims she hasn't changed and is still as poor as she was when she was at college.
She told BBC Newsbeat: "I'm basically the same and everyone's like, 'Aren't you supposed to be some loaded pop star?' and I'm like, 'No, trust me I'm not, I get an allowance'.
"Life hasn't changed. I still get the bus. I have no cash cards so I'm pretty much broke and borrowing money still. My phone's broken, I'm still exactly the same.
"Sometimes I get scared by the exposure, scared by negative criticism but it's something you learn to deal with and take it less personally."
