Florence Welch Plans Hiatus

Florence + The Machine singer Florence WELCH is planning a year-long hiatus from music.

The Shake It Out hitmaker vowed to take time off from her relentless touring schedule after bosses at her record company gave her an open deadline to complete her next album.

She tells The Sunday Times Style magazine, "There's a big 'take a year off' plan. The record company have put no pressure on me for the next album. They've said I can have as long as I want."
