Ferry's Son Refused Bail
Otis Ferry was arrested in September (08) after his robbery and assault trial was adjourned when he allegedly tried to discredit a witness during the proceedings
Ferry was subsequently remanded in prison in Gloucester, England, pleading not guilty to two charges of perverting the course of justice.
The 26-year-old had applied to be released on bail ahead of his trial, which is due to begin in March (09).
But a judge at Gloucester Crown Court refused, ruling Ferry must remain behind bars in Gloucester Prison.
Ferry was previously arrested in April (08) after he was accused of wrestling a video camera from one woman as she filmed him reportedly taking part in a fox hunt - which is now an illegal sport in the U.K. He still faces charges of robbery and assault stemming from the original incident.
