Fat Joe Questioned Over Allegations Of Sexual Assault

A 33-year-old woman, whose identity has not been released, filed a police complaint in the early hours of Monday (21Jun10), claiming she had been travelling with the hip-hop star and his crew in their limo as they headed to a hotel following a gig in the city.

The female claims the ride soon turned into a nightmare for her, accusing the Lean Back hitmaker, real name Joseph Cartagena, and his friends of "inappropriate touching".

The police report reads, "Shortly after the concert had concluded... (the woman) found herself inside of a Cadillac Limousine with Joseph Cartagena and other male subjects all with the destination of a hotel located on Madison's west side."

Cops were sent to investigate the allegations and detained Fat Joe and his pals for several hours, before releasing them without charge later on Monday morning.

The rapper has yet to comment on the claims.
