Johnny Depp revived his Pirates Of The Caribbean character for an appearance at the Comic-Con convention in San Diego, California. The star, currently filming the fourth installment in the franchise, taped a video message as Captain Jack Sparrow in which he promised fans "zombies, cut-throats, mermaids, and the vicious and vivacious Penelope Cruz" in the new film.
