Farrell: 'Jane's Addiction Were Bad For The Earth'
Eco-friendly rocker PERRY FARRELL split JANE'S ADDICTION in 2004 because the band was bad for the environment.
The singer claims the group's lifestyle conflicted with his desire to become more environmentally-friendly.
He explains, "I look at the band like I look at the Industrial Revolution: it started out great and then turned into something polluted and unhealthy. Suffice to say I had people in my group driving Hummer SUVs when I was writing songs advocating hydrogen energy. Not ideal."
