Fan Wants Statue Tributes To Slash & Lemmy
A British student has launched an internet bid to honour rockers Slash and Lemmy in their native Staffordshire, England.
The superfan wants Stoke-on-Trent city officials to honour the county's favourite sons in statue form.
Slash grew up in the city and Motorhead frontman Lemmy was born in nearby Burslem.
The student's Facebook.com campaign has already racked up more than 400 supporters.
