Family Of Joey Kovar Deny Viagra, Cocaine, Overdose

Sources tell the entertainment website that on Thursday night (August 16, 2012), Joey arrived at a woman's house in Chicago Ridge, Illinois, told her that he'd been doing cocaine and asked her to drive him to a location where he could score more of the drug. The woman, Stacey Achterhof, rejected his requested though asked him to stay at her place. The celebrity gossip website also reports how Joey was fuelled up on alcohol and took Viagra. At some point later in the evening, Stacey fell asleep before awaking early Friday morning to find Joey bleeding from the nose and ears. Law enforcement sources say his eyes were "blackened", something that regularly occurs during an overdose. According to the Chicago Tribune, his brother, David Kovar, has blasted Tmz.com for the drug overdose report. David told reporters, "That is not what anyone is suspecting, my brother was doing very well.Everything was going very well. The very, very last thing that our family is suspecting is drugs".

Kovar's show 'The Real World' was hailed in its early years for depicting issues such as prejudice, sexuality, Aids and substance abuse, though it later garnered a reputation for immature and irresponsible behavior.
