Eva Longoria and Tony Parker's divorce is now finalised.
The union between the 'Desperate Housewives' actress and the San Antonio Spurs basketball player was dissolved on Friday (28.01.11) after just over three years of marriage.
Eva, 35, filed legal separation papers against her husband at Los Angeles County Superior Court in November but the pair agreed to finalise their divorce in Texas, where their prenuptial agreement was signed.
Speaking on Friday, a source told In Touch Weekly magazine: "The divorce documents will come through today, she is happy and moving forward with her life."
Despite her personal problems, the beautiful brunette â who is now reportedly dating Penelope Cruz's 25-year-old brother Eduardo - made an appearance at the Screen Actors Guild Awards last night (31.01.11) to present a prize.
She posted a message on her twitter account last week thanking her fans for sending her "love", saying their messages were making her "smile".
