Erbe 'Stalker' Convicted Of Sexually Accosting Young Girl
Charles Nagel, 36, pleaded guilty to corrupting a minor, false imprisonment, unlawful restraint and indecent assault, but avoided jail, according to the New York Post.
Nagel was arrested last week (23Mar10) in his home city of Philadelphia after reportedly sending Erbe a series of notes in which he told of his adulation for her and his hopes that one day they would be together. He is also said to have repeatedly turned up on the set of the hit U.S. crime programme.
Nagel is being held for extradition to New York and is awaiting stalking charges in the Erbe case.
