Eddie Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville has penned a new book about breakups and dating inspired by her own tumultuous love life.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was ditched by her actor beau after he fell for singer LeAnn Rimes while filming a Tv movie in 2009.

The reality Tv beauty struggled to bounce back from the split, but has since gone on to date a string of suitors, including Hollywood hunk Gerard Butler.

Now she's hoping to boost her female fans' confidence by sharing the secrets of how to handle a rocky romantic life in a new tome.
