Ed Sheeran Fan Loses Cancer Battle
British singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran has paid tribute to a teenage fan who lost her battle with bone cancer.
The Lego House hitmaker reached out to befriend Abigail Fleming, 14, in February (12) after learning her final wish was to see him play live.
Sheeran recorded a special video message to boost Fleming's spirits and even offered her a Vip trip to one of his concerts.
The star was upset to learn of Fleming's death and took to his Twitter.com page on Wednesday (04Apr12) to honour the youngster.
He writes, "Rest in peace Abigail, gone too soon. My love and thoughts are with the family."
