Emmy Award-winning animator, director and producer Liz Holzman has died, aged 61.
Holzman passed away on Monday (18Aug14) following a long battle with cancer.
She earned nine Emmy nominations during her 30-year career for her work on a number of animated children's Tv series and won three for Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain.
Holzman also worked on children's shows including DuckTales, Smurfs, Alvin and the Chipmunks, and Garfield and Friends.
