Michael Jackson - Drug Expert Claims Michael Jackson Swallowed Sedative

A drug expert has come to the defence of DR. Conrad Murray in his involuntary manslaughter trial, telling a court Michael Jackson could have swallowed up to eight extra sedative pills without the medic's knowledge.
Murray's lawyers called their final witness, Dr. Paul White, to testify at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday (27Oct11) and he continued giving evidence on Friday (28Oct11), when Jackson family friends Rick and Kathy Hilton were among those sitting in on the hearing.
White asserted it is reasonable to assume the King of Pop could helped himself to additional doses of the sedative lorazepam in the early hours of 25 June, 2009, after failing to fall asleep. He also claimed his scenario was in line with the results of Jackson's autopsy, which found blood levels of lorazepam far higher than the two doses that Murray admits to administering on the day the superstar died.
The expert told the court, "The fact that there is even a tiny amount of free lorazepam (in the stomach) is consistent with the theory that he took lorazepam orally."
Murray stands accused of involuntary manslaughter amid accusations he gave Jackson the fatal dose of Propofol which resulted in his death.
He has denied the charge and his lawyers maintain Jackson self-administered the drug by taking additional doses orally when the medic was not in the room.
The trial is due to resume on Monday (31Oct11), when the prosecution is expected to begin their cross-examination of the defence's witnesses.

COULD HAVE!!!this testimony is heresay. medications such as lorezapam are blood level meds that stay in your system for six or months after stopping. mj died from profol NOT ativan!!! in any event, mj wasnt standing on a street corner trying to cop drugs. THE MEDS WERE PRESCRIPTION MEDS NOT OTC. hade dr death not ordered them, it matters not. the ultimate blame falls on dr doom, who wrote the rx's then left the room knowing it was his responsibility to care for mj, not take a hike to call his bimbelettes and deliberately instructed security NOT to call 911. the tape of groggy mj, only serves to prove that the dr knew mj was doped up, knew it was illegal to ship narcotics across state lines, the outcome of the meds on a patients, dr death knew that the meds required to be administered ONLY in a hospital environment, he had the meds sent to a phoney address!!! NOT MJ!!!! this defence bs is nothing but bs to make the jury feel sorry for the pig dr, it was the dr who delayed the call to 911 in order to scoop up and seceret the drugs. DR DEATH WAS ENABLER, who swore an oath to do no harm.dr is stewing in his own juice. one does not put something dangerous within reach of someone who could be harmed by same. do you put a poison lollipop in a place where a child can reach it, knowingly walk away, them blame the child for licking it and dieing*?? this contention is ludacrious!!!who gave the meds is responsible not the person they were admninistered to. it was dr death s duty to insure the well being of mj, not the other way around. mj was not the doctor. the dr was an enabler with $$ signs in his eyes wheter or not he physically administered same, if not for dr bs the drugs would not have been available, it is a felony murder

to the best of my knowledge, criminals are forbidden from profiting from the crimes committed. the funds should go to the children. ill check it out and get back to all. as for the fragrance, if that is what the children have to do for monies to support them, it is their right to so do.it is little consulation to received a check at the end of they rather than a kiss and hug from daddy!!!

Michael is the victim here; has always been the victim. He mistakenly trusted this doctor with his life. To say he took eight tablets of Lorazepam at 10 a.m. and injected himself with Propofol and Lidocaine is pure speculation, because he was probably half asleep, and forgetting that prior evidence stated that none of MJ's fingerprints were found on any bottles or syringes, anywhere in that room. It is just a ploy to confuse and distract the jury from the main fact that Conrad Murray had been infusing Michael intravenously with Propofol for six weeks beforehand; Dr. Paul White agreed with that; and admitted giving him Propofol on the 25th June, 2009. All the complicated scientific testimony, charts and diagrams, are merely an attempt to blind the jury with science.
