The couple spent around 10 days over Christmas in Sun Valley, where they were spotted dining at the romantic Vintage restaurant before picking up some organic salads at Kiki's Cafe. Eyewitnesses say the pair drew considerable attention but were happy to pose for pictures. Though the famous duo have never officially confirmed their relationship, they have been romantically linked since as far back as February 2011 and were regularly spotted throughout the year attending various sports events and Broadway shows together. Come the wedding, it will be the third time Barrymore has walked down the aisle - she famously married comedic actor Tom Green in 1999 but the pair split in 2001, before that, she was married to Jeremy Thomas for a brief period in 1994. The actress's representative is yet to officially confirm the engagement, though it is likely that a statement will be made this week.

After winning praise for her directorial debut Whip It in 2009, Barrymore fared less well with romantic comedy Going the Distance. Later this year, she will appear in the romantic-drama 'Big Miracle' about a news reporter who recruits his ex-girlfriend - a Greenpeace volunteer - to save a family of grey whales.
