Dr Frank Ryan Crashed Car While Texting
Dr Frank Ryan - philanthropist and plastic surgeon to the stars - was texting while driving before his fatal crash on Monday, according to his former girlfriend CHARMAINE BLAKE. Family, friends, and clients, are mourning the death of Ryan this week, who was perhaps best known for transforming the appearance of THE HILLS star Heidi Montag. Information on the tragic death had initially been limited, however, speaking to People Magazine, his ex-girlfriend suggests the surgeon was using his mobile phone at the time of the incident, she said, "He lived up in Malibu on a tiny street and he was texting while driving and he accidentally went over the cliff."
On the day of his death, Dr Ryan posted a message on his Twitter page that read, 'After 25 years of driving by, I finally hiked to the top of the giant sand dune on the pch west of malibu. Much harder than it looks! Whew!'.
Ryan's list of celebrity clients included the aforementioned Montag, as well as legendary Kiss frontman Gene Simmons, Motley Crue'S VINCE NEIL, and the actress and model Shannon Tweed. Before his death, Ryan had set up the charitable foundation The Dr Ryan Foundation, and was giving back to the local community through his Bony Pony Ranch.
