Rap legend Dr. Dre has pushed back the release of his highly-anticipated comeback album DETOX to next year (10).
The hip-hop icon has been working on the disc, his first since 1999's 2001, for years and had previously promised fans it would hit stores by the end of this year (09).
But Dre is still not happy with the project and is now looking at a 2010 release to allow him more time to perfect the tracks.
He tells ABC News, "I've been working on (Detox) for the last 10 years. Hopefully I'll get it done at the end of this year and we can hear it next year."
