Jason Donovan - Donovan Plans Pop Comeback

Australian singer/actor JASON DONOVAN is relaunching his pop career after appearing on British reality TV show I'M A CELEBRITY... GET ME OUT OF HERE! The former NEIGHBOURS star, 38, finished third on the programme, behind musician-turned-TV presenter MYLEENE KLASS who came second, and singer MATT WILLIS, who was crowned 'King of the Jungle' on Friday (01DEC06) night. Donovan, who enjoyed chart success in the late 1980s and early 1990s with a string of hits including ESPECIALLY FOR YOU, his duet with KYLIE MINOGUE, is now looking to capitalise on his new-found popularity and return to the recording studio. He says, "I'm planning on doing some music next year. I'm taking it one step at a time. I have been working on some new material."
