Donald Trump Sells California Home At A Loss
Real estate mogul and reality TV star Donald Trump has taken a huge hit in the sale of his Southern California mansion - he has offloaded the property for $4.85 million (£3.03 million) less than his asking price.
Trump placed the five bedroom, nine bathroom Palos Verdes home on the market last year (10) for $12 million (£7.5 million), but it failed to attract buyers and he has now accepted a $7.15 million (£4.47 million) bid.
The property also boasts a 1,000 square-foot kitchen, a games room and an infinity pool, according to Tmz.com.
