Donald Glover - Donald Glover Fractures Foot

The funnyman, who raps under the stage name Childish Gambino, was scheduled to kick off his Camp Tour in Atlanta, Georgia on Friday (16Mar12) but he has pushed the trek back because of the injury.

Glover took to his official blog on Wednesday (14Mar12) to break the news to fans and apologise for delaying the concerts.

He writes, "This past Saturday I fractured my foot on stage in Tampa during a performance and was rushed to the emergency room.

"The doctors say that if I stay off of my foot for a couple weeks and wear this boot, there's a good chance they can avoid surgery and (I can) start performing again soon.

"I'm really upset by the timing of this. Camp tour will go on, but dates will be postponed. I apologise for this and I hope to see all you guys very soon."

Glover has also pulled out of performing at the mtvU Woodie Awards on Thursday (15Mar12) in Austin, Texas.
