Doherty Denies Eviction Reports
BABYSHAMBLES frontman PETE DOHERTY has dismissed reports he is facing eviction from his English country mansion. The rocker's landlord reportedly threatened to have him removed from the nine-bedroom home in Wiltshire, England, after photos published in the British press last month (Jan09) proved Doherty keeps the property in a shambolic state - with graffiti scribbled on the walls and stray cats roaming the trash-strewn floor.
But now a representative for the star has denied he is set to be thrown out of the rented house, telling website NME.com the reports are "cobblers (not true)".
