A former friend and business partner of SEAN 'P DIDDY' COMBS has had his attempt to sue the rap star dismissed as "absolute fantasy" by the tycoon's lawyers.
KIRK BURROWES alleges the IF YOU WANT THIS MONEY star threatened him with a baseball bat in 1996, and wanted his pal to sign over 25 per cent of his shares in Combs's rap conglomerate BAD BOY ENTERTAINMENT, of which he was President - thereby cheating Burrowes out of a $25 million (GBP15.6 million) fortune.
Burrowes's lawyer JOHN BOSTANY claims his client, who is godfather to Combs's son JUSTIN, "just wants Sean to realise the value he had in making Sean what he is today and to do the right thing. Kirk wants a smidgen of the loyalty that he showed to Sean."
A spokesman for the multi-millionaire rapper called the lawsuit an "absolute fantasy" filed by a disgruntled employee .
The spokesman adds, "If it wasn't so funny, it would receive a PULITZER PRIZE for fiction."01/07/2003 17:25
