Dillon Arrested For Speeding

Actor Matt Dillon has been arrested by U.S. authorities after he was caught speeding down the highway, according to reports.

The Crash star was pulled over by state troopers when he was allegedly recorded travelling at a speed of 106 miles per hour (171 kilometres per hour) on Interstate 91 in Newbury, Vermont on Tuesday night (30Dec08).

Dillon, 44, is due in court in January (09) to face a charge of excessive speed, according to Vermont news network WCAX-TV.
