Hip-hop mogul Sean Combs has advertised for a new personal assistant on networking website MySpace.
The music star has asked potential employees to submit a three-minute video on the reasons why they want the job.
But he warns he will "keep you up late" and may "scream" at anyone who gets the job.
He says, "I'm the best and I like working with the best."
