Dictator Forces Sacha Baron Cohen To Pull Out Of Django Unchained
Sacha Baron Cohen has pulled out of 'Django Unchained'.
Sacha was set to play the role of Scotty Harmony, a gambler who buys the title character's (Jamie Foxx) wife (Kerry Washington) to keep as a female companion.
Speaking on the 'Howard Stern Show', he said: ''That was going to be a cameo, but I had to drop out because of ['The Dictator's] press tour.''
He isn't the only actor to drop out of the movie, Kevin Costner was set to take on the role of Ace Woody - a sadistic trainer of slaves who pits fighters against one another - but a combination of scheduling conflicts and personal reasons are believed to have led to him leaving the movie.
Kevin has been working on the Superman reboot 'Man of Steel' where he is playing Clark Kent's adoptive father Jonathan Kent along with starring in and producing TV miniseries 'The Hatfields and McCoys' and as a result of time constraints the two month shooting schedule for 'Django Unchained' proved difficult.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt also dropped the movie after it clashed with production on his feature film directorial debut.
