Diamond's Home At Risk Of Foreclosure

SAVED BY THE BELL star DUSTIN DIAMOND is facing foreclosure on his Wisconsin home.
Lawyers representing Wells Fargo Bank have filed legal papers against the actor, who will be forced to move out of the Ozaukee County house if he fails to settle the outstanding bill, which amounts to more than $290,000 (£193,335).
It's not the first time Diamond has run into financial trouble - he avoided losing his property in 2006 by selling $15 (£10) T-shirts to fans emblazoned with the words 'Save My House', reports TMZ.com.
He was also hit with a lawsuit from U.S. tax officials last August (09) amid accusations he had run up debts of $21,015 (£14,010).

I'm the lucky son of a bitch that gets to try an get him to answer his door so I can serve him with his summons. I'm a process server and I thankfully live 10 minutes away from him. If he manages to answer his door, which I doubt, it'll be fun asking for his signature, on the foreclosure summons. About this time last year I was also told I would be serving him with a summons for foreclosure but nothing ever came of it, we'll see if it goes through this time. I should have it in my hands within the week.
