Di Caprio's Girl Avoids Draft
Leonardo Dicaprio's model girlfriend BAR RAFAELI has been has been exempted from military service in her native Israel - and she is thrilled.
Now she is a successful catwalk queen, the country's government has allowed Rafaeli to skip the service, mandatory for all 18-year-old men and unmarried women.
And Rafaeli, 22, is thrilled. She says, "I don't regret not having been drafted . . .because I made out big. Why is it good to die for one's country? Isn't it better to live in New York?"
