Depp Directs Babybird Video

Johnny Depp has stepped behind the camera to direct BABYBIRD's latest music video.

The Hollywood actor is a big fan of the band - he funded the recording of their latest album and even joined the musicians in the studio to play guitar on a track.

The star wanted to join the rockers on their U.K. tour earlier this month (Mar10), but frontman Stephen Jones admitted they scrapped the plans over security fears.

But Depp secretly filmed the promo for Unloveable, the song which features his guitar part, back in September (09), marking his directional debut on a music video, reports JustJared.com.
