Doris Day - Day Wanted More Time With Dead Son

Beloved singer and actress Doris Day regrets not recording more songs with her son before he died after listening to their duets on her new album My Heart.
Terry Melcher produced the album - his mother's first in 17 years - before he died in 2004 and he appeared on some of the tracks, leaving the Pillow Talk star with plenty of happy memories of their studio time together.
Reclusive Day tells The Hollywood Reporter, "I just wish my son could be here, but I love that he sings on two of the songs... We should have sung together a lot. We should have done many things together."
