David Schwimmer Set For Return To Broadway
Former Friends star David Schwimmer and Oscar and Tony nominee Amy Ryan are to team up on the Broadway stage for the New York premiere of Obie Award winner Lisa D'Amour's new play Detroit.
D’Amour is both a 2011 Pulitzer Prize finalist for the play and a 2011 Steinberg Playwright Award winner for her body of work.
Schwimmer and Ryan play a couple who attempt to bond with their new next-door neighbours.
Ryan is a regular on Broadway but Schwimmer hasn't been on the New York stage since his Broadway debut in The Caine Mutiny Court Martial in 2006.
