David Boreanaz - David Boreanaz Reaches Settlement In Sexual Harassment Suit

Actress Kristina Hagan went public with her allegations against the former Buffy The Vampire Slayer star last July (10), a year after Boreanaz reportedly made a series of unwanted sexual advances towards her.

In her legal papers, she claimed Boreanaz's bad behaviour included sending "inappropriate text messages", masturbating in front of her and attempting to "kiss her and touch her breasts".

She sued for damages from both Boreanaz and his TV bosses at Fox for the "emotional and psychological distress" she suffered as a result of the unwanted sexual interest, as well as lost earnings.

At the time of the lawsuit, Boreanaz was battling to save his marriage to Jaime Bergman after confessing to an affair, but his lawyer Marty Singer slammed Hagan's claims, branding them "totally fabricated and absurd".

However, the actor can now put the scandal firmly behind him after reaching a settlement with Hagan and her attorney, Gloria Allred, according to Tmz.com.
